The book launch was fantastic! Thanks to all of you who came. One comment from a well-published author was: "You never get this many people at a book launch!"It was such an honour to have Don Sedgwick introduce me and to hear Gregg's original songs again. Having Tim film the event was a real treat because he is in high production mode on one of his movies. At some point he will edit some passages for my blog. I can hardly wait.

I truly appreciate the help two special friends Alicia Danae and Dave Walsh provided. Being free to simply enjoy the wonderful people in attendance was a very special gift for me. 

The most common comment was the love people felt --from the music, from the speech , from others in the room. And the room--what a fantastic place to celebrate!! St. mark's Place is so beautiful, open and welcoming. 

I loved seeing students I had taught when they were 5, and having them buy my book to help them raise their children. 

What I felt most deeply was that people "got it". They understood the tremendous opportunity we all have to change the world for the better through conscious interactions with our children. I am truly honoured. For me the afternoon was a healing experience.
